Ana unveiled her dramatic new look to her 588,000 TikTok followers in a video that’s been viewed over 18.3 million times since its release on November 6. The clip, titled “my new face tattoo,” shows Ana wincing as the artist works on the stencil, permanently inking “Kevin” onto her skin.
When the tattoo was complete, Ana’s reaction was nothing short of ecstatic. Standing before a mirror, she gushed, “Oh my God, I love it. Wow, Kevin’s gonna love it.”
But TikTok users weren’t all as smitten. While some applauded her boldness, others couldn’t resist cracking jokes. One commenter quipped, “He’ll love it! Your next boyfriend will hate it though,” while another dryly warned Kevin, “Run.”
The responses didn’t stop Ana from defending her decision. In follow-up videos, she dismissed doubts and skepticism, declaring, “I’m definitely never going to regret this. It’s beautiful.” She added, “I’m in love with the tattoo, and I’m in love with my boyfriend.”

Of course, not all comments were supportive. One viewer sarcastically suggested a different forehead inscription: “It would be better if you wrote ‘I am stupid.’”
