Would you believe a dog stayed by his injured human’s side until the paramedics arrived?

Last Saturday, 28-year-old Jesus Hueche fell from a 6-foot tree while trimming branches outside his home. His loyal dog Tony, once a stray the Hueche family rescued, stayed by Jesus’s side until help came.
According to Jesus, Tony isn’t just a pet; he’s family. They’re inseparable, sharing everything—even the bed.
When the paramedics arrived, Tony barked and growled, protective of his owner. Thankfully, they managed to calm him down, showing him they were there to help. Although Tony let them treat Jesus, he still tried to hop into the ambulance to go along.
The paramedics later posted photos of Tony’s devotion on social media, and they quickly went viral. Fortunately, Jesus only suffered minor injuries and some neck swelling.
To Jesus, Tony is more than a dog. He’s like a son.
