Brittany Kinley, a 33-year-old mom, was thrilled when her son’s first official school photo arrived in the mail. It was a big moment: her 6-year-old’s kindergarten picture.
Eager to share it with loved ones, Brittany made 30 copies and mailed them out. But when she handed one to her mother-in-law, she noticed something… off. Cue the “oh no!” moment!
Here’s what happened: When Brittany filled out the order form, she wanted her son’s name printed at the bottom of each photo. But to move to the next part of the form, she had to type something in a blank field.
Little did she know that whatever she typed there would actually get printed on the photos.
