Tukwila police officers, affectionately known as Sergeant Modest and Officer Bashful, were patrolling Cascade View Park when something unusual caught their attention. On a sunny day perfect for play, they noticed a group of boys running around, laughing and having fun. But as the officers watched, something about one boy stood out—and it wasn’t his joyful energy.
